Web Style Club is committed to delivering services as outlined in the project proposal and agreement. We will make websites that will match your business’s theme and quality. We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed-upon deadlines and quality standards.
Payment terms are shared and discussed with the clients before we start working on their projects. Our payment policies are as follows:
We charge payment in 4 instalments. These Instalments are categorized as:
Clients may request changes or revisions to the project scope. Clients must inform us about the necessary changes to be made beforehand. Late changes might affect the SEO or will result in the content getting uploaded or ranked on the search engines. Additional charges or some major adjustments may be applied, which will be mutually agreed upon.
Clients are responsible for providing necessary information, materials, and feedback as required for project completion. We will be fully transparent with the clients and will actively communicate with them to know about their specific requirements. Communication is the key to a successful project and timely responses are essential for project progress too.
Cancellation can be done by the client before the initiation of the project. Once the website has been designed and developed, cancellation will not be possible.
In case, the client doesn’t like the web designs, or it does not match his/her choice, it can be redesigned as per their preferences; however, they won’t be eligible for a refund. Once the homepage is created, the advance payment will be non-refundable. We can only redesign or make changes according to your requirements. If the homepage has not been designed yet, in that case, the down payment can be refunded.
Furthermore, SEO maintenance and hosting services are non-refundable. To terminate the services, you must notify us at least 30 days prior to next billing date.
Web Style Club respects the confidentiality of client information and project details. Non-disclosure agreements can be arranged upon request. We do not share your personal and business data with anyone outside of our company. It is only for the purpose of gathering necessary information to enhance your business’s online experience and rankings.
